The International Symposium on Equatorial Aeronomy (ISEA) is organized once about every four years, and it is a major international gathering of scientists engaged in the studies of the low latitude atmosphere and ionosphere and the coupling of low latitudes to mid-latitudes. The eleventh meeting of the ISEA will take place at the Civil Servantˇ¦s Training Center , Taipei , Taiwan , Republic of China during May 9 - May 14, 2005.
